In connection with the implementation of the 2019/2020 Even Semester FRS, it is necessary to convey several provisions that must be considered by students of the Urban and Regional Planning Study Program as follows:

1. The FRS (guardian lecturer validation) will be held on 27-30 January 2020 at 08.00-15.00 WITA.
2. Students simply fill out the course taking system on the ITK Gate page (gerbang.itk.ac.id) and can start filling out since January 20, 2020.
3. There is no division of schedules and rooms in the implementation of the FRS this semester, so students only need to consult with the guardian lecturer for later validation on a predetermined date.
4. Students must complete the IPD (survey.itk.ac.id) and Study Program surveys (tiny.cc/surveyMKganjil20PWK) before conducting the FRS.
5. Students who are unable to attend need to make a power of attorney to other students and submit it to the guardian lecturer at the FRS.
6. Students must print 2 types of grade transcripts which will be submitted to the guardian lecturer at the time of FRS which consists of:
   • Transcript of grades from the Academic Service Center counter (it is highly recommended to copy more than 1 sheet and be legalized).
   • Print transcripts via the ITK Gate system independently.
7. Failure to point 4, 6, and 7 will result in FRS validation being suspended.
8. The implementation of the FRS is considered valid if the guardian lecturer has signed the transcript sheet submitted by the student and validated the system.
9. Procedure for taking courses:
   • Students fill out the MK taking on the Gerbang ITK system.
   • Students who still have dependents repeating the TPB MK need to prioritize the MK. There is no tolerance from the study program to students who will receive the consequences of dropping out (DO) according to applicable academic regulations.
   • Students taking MK adjust the allowable credit load and pay attention to the available schedule.
   • Older students who repeat the TPB MK and new students choose the MK according to the TPB class division.
   • In choosing the MK Study Program, students pay attention to the allocation of class types. Students with NIMs ending in odd take class A and vice versa, including students who repeat the MK Study Program.
   • If there is a schedule conflict, students must prioritize taking the TPB/MK MK to repeat or propose a schedule change by filling out the online proposal form (tiny.cc/JadwalPWK20) until January 29, 2020 at 13.00 WITA.
   • The list of students who experience schedule conflicts except for the Elected MK and repeat the Study Program MK will be considered by the study program management in the final rescheduling arrangement which will be announced on January 30, 2020.
   • Especially for the 2015 and 2016 batch students who have implemented the KP but have not or failed the results seminar, they can take the MK this semester.
   • Especially for the 2013 2015 and 2016 batch students who have not taken the Final Project or failed in the trial - both proposals, progress, and the end can take the MK Final Project this semester.
   • It should be a special and serious concern that students such as in points h and i must prepare a seminar draft of KP results / TA proposal draft / TA progress trial draft with optimal supervisor / examiner validation and as soon as possible without waiting and / or asking for the trial schedule.
10.     It is not allowed to delete or delete elective course.
