This election is held annually to find native youth as a form of tourism promotion in Balikpapan City. This election was organized by the Balikpapan Tourism Ambassador Forum under the auspices of the Balikpapan City Youth, Sports and Tourism Office. In 2019, the theme is "Energy Of Tourism". The Grand Final was right on March 2, 2019. The tourism ambassadors carried out a series of tasks and were given directly by the Balikpapan City Government under the responsibility of the Balikpapan City DPOP for 1 year.
